Michael began his career on Wall Street as an Equities Analyst before college and worked at various Financial Services firms during his college career.  His past banking experiences include Merrill Lynch-Bank of America, Dixon Advisory US Masters, and Goldman Sachs.  Michael successfully completed the Analyst Program at Goldman Sachs before moving on to an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Dixon Advisory, to perform Portfolio Analysis, as well as Finance & Acquisitions for over $500MM in portfolio assets.

As managing partner of a Financial Management Advisory group, Michael oversees all aspects of a company’s operation process.  This includes due diligence, financial and risk analysis, management reporting, as well as all facets of corporate and regulatory compliance.  Michael possesses an intuitive expertise with operating structures within a business that allows him to detect setbacks and opportunities as well as ensure that appropriate action is taken until the company maximizes its profit potential.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Management from Seton Hall University where he was a member of the Stillman School of Business Leadership Development Honors Program.
